When using the site www.myrandomshirt.com all of these conditions apply. They determine the framework of our commercial exchange and clearly explain the sales process to you in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. This is why with each order, you must acknowledge having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) by checking the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions".

These GTCS are in line with legal and regulatory obligations as well as with the provisions of article L.111-1 and following of the Consumer Code concerning the general obligation of contractual information and subject to French law.

2 / Who are we and what do we offer?

The concept is simple, My Random Shirt sells a box containing a football shirt selected at random. You simply have to enter the size of your choice and have the option to exclude the jersey of a team that you absolutely do not want to receive. This choice is made in the form of a drop-down menu / tree structure when placing your order. The principle being to receive a jersey at random, no precise choice of jersey is possible on the site.

The jerseys offered by My Random Shirt are official and authentic jerseys. We guarantee that they are new and not used. We take this opportunity to recall that counterfeiting can lead to criminal penalties of up to € 300,000 in fines and up to 3 years in prison (Article L716-10 of the intellectual property code).

The selling price of our box is € 39 including tax. Delivery costs are invoiced in addition and depending on the carrier selected and the geographical area of delivery. For any delivery outside the Schengen Area, My Random Shirt reserves the right to suspend the order and to contact you by email once the shipping cost has been calculated in order to proceed with the payment of the order.

3 / And who are you?

Great people already, we are sure. But you also certify that you have reached the age of majority defined by the legislation of your country of origin.

You have a payment method that is compatible with those we offer (the latter are set out in part 4 of these GTC) and have the necessary authority to use it. Typically if the payment is made by credit card, the latter must be in your name. We point out that intellectual property rights apply to all content made available on the site (information, logos, texts, images, technologies.). This remains the property of My Random Shirt. These rights are protected by French law in accordance with the law N°92-597 du 1er Juillet 1992.

4 / How to order?

The site allows you to order our box with a mystery jersey inside. To do this, you simply have to go to the Box page and select the box of your choice. You then indicate your size and the jersey of the team that you do not wish to receive from the available list (not compulsory).

You must provide a precise delivery address with a list of information necessary for the smooth running of the shipment (Address + Last Name + First Name + Phone number). You are then offered to create a customer account which allows you to log in and easily find the tracking and history of your orders.

All the information given when placing your order is binding. In the event of an error when filling in all the information necessary for the successful completion of your order. My Random Shirt cannot be held responsible for any problems during delivery.

You have the choice between two delivery services: Colissimo la Poste and Chronopost (Relay point and Pick Up lockers in 24 hours). The choice of carrier will be made after confirmation of the basket and before payment.
Delivery times are different depending on the carrier chosen by you. But according to the law N°2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption, the time limit for handing over the order to the carrier without undue delay must not exceed 30 days.

In the event of a delay in delivery from the carrier, you must absolutely contact the latter with your delivery tracking (which you will receive by email after shipment) in order to have more information. My Random Shirt clears customs completely in the event of a package lost by the carrier.

You are responsible for any customs or import costs associated with a delivery outside the Schengen Area.

My Random Shirt invites you to find out about the various costs in force with the competent authorities.

Payments on the site must be made by international bank card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, etc.) or by the online payment system Paypal. In both cases the payments are secure. Please note that certain fees may apply depending on your type of card and the geographic location of your financial institution. For more information, My Random Shirt invites you to check with your bank.

Your order is validated and taken into account only when full payment has been made in accordance with article 1369-4 of the civil code. Failure to pay or partial payment does not guarantee the successful delivery of your order. My Random Shirt reserves the right to unilaterally and unreservedly refuse an order for its own reasons. You will then be informed by email and reimbursed by transfer within 10 days.

Once the basket has been confirmed, the choice of carrier has been made and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the order information. Once the order has been shipped, you can follow the progress of the delivery thanks to the tracking provided by the carrier selected when ordering.

5 / Are you not satisfied?

At My Random Shirt each order delivered must correspond to what was ordered. But we know things don't always go as planned and that's why we've tried to put in place the fairest return policy possible. If the delivered product does not correspond to the order made (size error, damaged jersey or order error on our part) you are able to return your order within 14 days after delivery. After these 14 days, unfortunately we will not be able to respond to your return request.

The return policy is only applicable if the following conditions are met.

You must have an invoice and / or proof of purchase from the site www.myrandomshirt.com.

The product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received (folded in its box with label and no visible damage such as stains or deterioration). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You must make any return request by email to the address contact@myrandomshirt.com and attach proof of posting. Our return address is: My Random Shirt, 19 Lotissement La Plaine, 38 420 LE VERSOUD.

You have the option of choosing between a full refund within 28 days (by bank transfer after receipt of the returned product) and a purchase order for the amount of the initial order. My Random Shirt reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if the returned product is damaged in any way.

A 14-day right of withdrawal is possible in order to cancel your order without specific justification in accordance with the laws L-121-20-12 and L-221-18 à 28 of the consumer code. This period starts from the day of validation of your order. Like our return policy, the request must be made by email to the address contact@myrandomshirt.com and the product must be in the same condition as the product originally received. The return of the box is your responsibility. A withdrawal form that you must complete and return will then be sent to you by email.

In the event of non-compliance or hidden defect, you can return your order at your expense in accordance with Article 1641 of the civil code and the law L217-1 to 3 of the consumer code.

In the event of a dispute, and in accordance with Article L152-1 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to have recourse to a mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of this possible dispute. You will simply have to make the request by email to contact@myrandomshirt.com.
